Fosters, Pet Fairs and Forever Families... How Cas became now known as (nka) Buffett

What does one do when their foster is heathly and ready to find a forever family?  Pet Fair!!!!  And on his 2nd Pet Fair ever, Cas (nka Buffett) found his! 

I miss him like crazy, but his family could not be more perfect for him!
